What is the contract length?
After your free trial, you have a number of options. These include:
- Don't continue. No strings! But we hope you don't do this! 😀
- Take a rolling 1-month contract. You need to give us a 2-week cancellation notice.
- Take a 3-month contract. You need to give us a 1-month cancellation notice.
- Take a 6-month contract. You need to give us a 1-month cancellation notice.
- Take a 12-month contract. And you get an extra free - optional - service where we use our technology to survey your customers (simply called 'Customer Voice'). You need to give us a 2-month cancellation notice.
For any of the longer-term contracts (3, 6 or 12 months), you can choose to pay for the whole period in one go or pay monthly. It's up to you.
